The shredding process is easy…
Collect it
When you authorise destruction of your documents, they’re collected and transported securely to our shredding centre, in our vehicles that are fully alarmed and tracked at all times.
Safely and securely shred it
Security is our main priority. On arrival, all consignments are checked and unloaded in an area monitored by CCTV, loaded directly onto the conveyor belt for the shredding process to begin, which is observed throughout.
We have a legal obligation to protect your confidential information as failure to do so can lead to prosecution. Our staff are thoroughly vetted annually, nothing that’s unprocessed is left unattended and only our trusted employees are given access to the shredding centre.
You’ll receive a certificate to prove it
Our professional and reliable shredding service will ensure your company meets with the Data Protection Act requirements and we supply you a certificate of destruction for audit and compliance.
Then we’ll recycle it
All your shredded paper is baled and sent to a UK mill for recycling. And what’s great is that we plant a tree for every ton of paper we shred, which is a great story for you to tell your customers!
